Tape News
What are the factors of PET high temperature tape residue?
PET high-temperature tape is a high-temperature adhesive tape with PET film as the base material and a layer of silicone adhesive evenly coated on one side of the base material.

Our PET tape has excellent temperature resistance and acid and alkali resistance, available in green, blue, transparent and other colors, mainly used for spraying baking paint plating masking protection, and other electronic components of high temperature protection, etc.

1. First of all, confirm whether the PET high temperature tape used high temperature resistance data meet the production requirements, baking paint usually requires a temperature resistance of 210 degrees - 220 degrees, spraying oil usually requires 180 degrees - 200 degrees (according to different spraying process temperature requirements are also different). (a).

2. Is the temperature data of the coating line or spraying line within the process requirements, is the temperature too high, check whether the temperature sensor of the furnace channel is normal.

3. PET high-temperature tape product quality problems, high-temperature tape in the coating production process is strictly in accordance with the pressure-sensitive adhesive baking data for heating and curing, curing time is not enough or the coating line speed is too fast, will lead to glue, primer glue, the substrate can not be combined with three components.

4. PET high-temperature tape after coating, semi-finished products should be left standing for 2-3 days, before rewinding slitting use, its purpose is to let the glue continue to mature so that its performance is stable, glue and PET substrate to fully combine to achieve the effect of high temperature resistance.
